All Guest id proof needed in time of check-in (Aadhaar card, driving license, Voters ID, Passport anyone) PAN Card is not valid ID, Guest (Including Children) is coming from outside India must be carry Passport and if you have OCI please carry OCI also.
All bills to be settled prior to check-out.
All arrivals prior to 09:00 hrs will be held & charged for from the previous day
In the absence of arrival timings / a contact cell phone number, all confirmed reservations will be deemed guaranteed up to 14:00hrs and may be released thereafter.
To guarantee a reservation beyond 15:00hrs, one-night’s room charge to be paid in advance.
No-show of a guaranteed reservation will attract retention charges equivalent to total billing.
Seasonal Compulsory Supplements (X- Mas, New Year Eve or any other), if any, will be charged EXTRA whenever applicable
Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
Requests for Early check in / Late Checkout are Subject To Availability, against no guarantee OR may be on minimum half day charges.
Group bookings are guaranteed only upon advance/vouchers received 30 days prior to check-in (or cutoff dates as specified by the hotel). Bookings where Vouchers/Advance is not received as stipulated above shall be subject to availability. No Refund/Full retention will be charged in case of a cancellation received within 15 days to the check-in of the group.
Individual bookings are guaranteed only upon advance. In absence of a written cancellation for a confirmed reservation, retention will be charged as per the cancellation policy specified.
No advance will be refunded/ adjusted & full retention will be charged in case of a cancellation received within 15 days of the check-in. The advance is a MUST on or before payment cutoff date and the reservation may be released thereafter.
Credit card Guarantees are subject to an authorization letter from the card holder (with self attested copy of both sides of the credit card). In all such guaranteed reservations, one night retention charges will be charged to the credit card in the Event of cancellation/No shows.
